This project is a LRIP Project and all requirements will apply. For a list of complete specifications and bid forms, contact the Road Supervisor or Clerk. ALL BIDS must be received sealed in the Clerk’s office at N5573 Bowers Rd (Elkhorn, WI) by Monday, March 16, 2026 at 10am at which time bids will be opened. Bids will be awarded at a special Town Board meeting.
