Print Bid Title: Request for Proposals ("RFP") for Professional Engineering Services for Herbst Gravel Pit Category: Road and Bridge Status: Closed Description: Notice is hereby given that the Natrona County Road & Bridge Department ("Road & Bridge") is seeking Professional Civil Engineering and Construction Management and Administrative Services for a Proposed Gravel Pit located in Section 35, T34N - R89W of the 6th PM and the bidding of crushing the gravel and placing said gravel on County Roads in the area (such improvements being referred to herein as the "Work"). Road & Bridge is seeking proposals from professional engineering firms to be the "Construction Manager Agent" for Road and Bridge - a construction consultant providing administrative and management services to the public entity throughout the design and construction phases of a public work. Once a qualified Construction Manager Agent is selected pursuant to the provisions of Natrona County's procurement procedures, Road & Bridge shall negotiate a contract with the selected firm or its Services in completing the Public Work. The firm will be required to provide its proposed draft of such a contract for discussion purposes. Complete proposals must be received by 2:00 pm MDT, Monday, December 20, 2021 at PO Drawer 848, Mills, WY 82644 or delivered to Road & Bridge at 538 SW Wyo. Blvd. in Mills. To request a complete RFP package which fully details the Services to be provided by the Construction Manager Agent ultimately selected, contact Road & Bridge at 307-235-9311. Road & Bridge will conduct a site walk-thru of proposed Gravel Site at 10:00 am MDT, Thursday, November 4, 2021, beginning at the center of the SESE Section 35, T34N - R89W.
