Print Bid Title: Request for Proposals for Casper/Natrona County Building Generator Category: Board of County Commissioners Status: Closed Description: The Board of County Commissioners of Natrona County ("BOCC") seeks proposals in accordance with this packet for Request for Proposals for Project ("RFP"). To submit a proposal: Obtain a proposal packet from the BOCC Office or from the website; Prepare a proposal in accordance with the RFP; Submit a proposal in a sealed opaque envelope labeled PROPOSAL FOR: CASPER/NATRONA COUNTY BUILDING GENERATOR to the BOCC Office no later than noon on September 4, 2024. 200 N. Center St. Suite 211 Casper, WY 82601 On September 4, 2024 at approximately 12:15 pm, the BOCC or its agent will publicly open properly submitted proposals, read the proposals aloud, and record each proposal. Proposals received after the deadline or a proposal that is not in a sealed opaque envelope properly labeled will not be opened or considered. The BOCC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to negotiate any terms in the best interest of the County, and to accept the bid in its best interest of the County. Prior to deadline to submit proposals, the BOCC or its agent may issue an addendum(s) to this RFP. Any such addendum is deemed part of this RFP. See attachments A and B for project specifications.
