Description

The Student Union-Student Success project is a UT System capital initiative awarded to Perkins & Will for design and to SpawGlass for construction through the formal RFQ process. The facility is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in fall 2026. The project is managed by Project Control; however, the furniture for the building will be procured directly by The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified furniture dealers for the procurement, delivery, and installation of new furniture for the building, with completion required prior to the start of Spring 2027 classes. Note: A pre‑submittal meeting will be held as part of this RFP process. While attendance is optional, prospective proposers are strongly encouraged to participate. Prospective proposers may attend the meeting either in person or virtually via the Microsoft Teams link.

FAQ

How do I use the Market Snapshot?

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.

Is the data live?

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.

What do P10 and P90 mean?

P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
