Please DO NOT submit a bid or a no bid reply.</p><p>PUR 7778 Notice of Intended Decision to Enter into a Single Source Contract is attached. Posting is valid for 72 consecutive hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.</p><p>The FDOR advertised through the DMS Vendor Bid System on 2/11/2026 through 03/05/2026 its desire to enter into a single source contract with Firstlogic Solutions, LLC. No vendors responded to the single source posting.</p><p>Therefore, the FDOR intends to award a single source contract to Firstlogic Solutions, LLC </p><p> Pursuant to Chapter 120.057(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Decision to enter into a Single Source Contract will commence on March 5, 2026, at 4:30 PM and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekends until March 10, 2026, at 4:30 PM.</p><p>Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.057(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to file a bond or other security within the time allowed for filing a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.</p>
