Print Bid Title: NFP - West Broadway Landslide Mitigation Project Category: Notice of Final Payment Status: Closed Description: Notice of Acceptance and Final Payment to Contractor for West Broadway Landslide Mitigation Project Notice is hereby given that the Town of Jackson has accepted, as completed according to the plans, specifications and rules governing the same, the work performed under that contract dated August 10, 2016 between the Town of Jackson and Westwood Curtis Construction, Inc., the Contractor; that work under said contract, known as the WEST BROADWAY LANDSLIDE MITIGATION PROJECT, is complete, and the Contractor is entitled to final payment. Notice is further given that subsequent to the forty-first (41st) day after the first publication of this notice, to wit, December 25, 2018, the Town of Jackson will pay to said Contractor the full amount under the contract.
