Description
Portland Public Schools is accepting bids for the purchase of (1) Trane YHK120 10 Ton RTU with Economizer and (1) Trane YK240 20-Ton RTU with Economizer both including advanced controls, BACnet Communicating Card for BMS and Trane Factory Start up for BACNET Points to be used at our Secondary Schools. Bids will be received for Bid #2026-06 until 11:30 a.m. EST on Tuesday March 10, 2026 at the Office of the Director of Finance, Room 204, located at 33 East Main Street, P.O. Box 71, Portland, CT 06480-0071. Immediately thereafter, proposals will be opened publicly. All sealed bids must be marked “Bid 2026-06 – HVAC Equipment Secondary Schools – DO NOT OPEN” and submitted on forms in accordance with specifications obtained in the Office of Director of Finance – Room 204. Bid documents can be obtained by emailing trobinson@portlandct.org.
