Description

The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified Contractor to remove and replace damaged sections of concrete sidewalk (approximately 20,866 SF) throughout the City. The sidewalk sections must be installed per City standards and specifications and within the specified period. The locations of the damaged sections to be replaced can be found in Appendix A of this RFP. Coordination with homeowners using fliers and notices may be required prior to doing any work. Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be March 30th, 2026. Project completion is anticipated to be June 17th, 2026, including all invoicing. Proposals will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All proposals shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time.
