Submittals will be accepted until 1:30 PM on June 1, 2021, and are to be submitted to the Finance Officer, Michelle Bathke, City Hall 612 N. Main Street Mitchell, SD 57301. Please submit five (5) copies for the selection committee. Firm presentations will be scheduled after initial review of the proposals, if necessary. Submittals shall set forth qualifications, as noted in the “Consultant Selection Criteria” to accomplish services as outlined in this request for qualifications. The Statement of Interest may be obtained from the Public Works Engineering office located at City Hall.
