Print Bid Title: Call for Bids: P-25 Phase 1 Trunking Radios Category: Highway Department Status: Closed Description: Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for P-25 Phase 1 Trunking radios for the Brookings County Highway Department that work on the State of South Dakota’s Communications System will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Brookings County, South Dakota, 520 3rd St. Suite 210, room 221 until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday the 11th day of June 2024. (All bids must be mailed or delivered to the above address) • Such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Brookings City & County Government Center, 520 3rd St. Suite 210, Room 221, Brookings, South Dakota, at the time specified on the Call for Bids. • By virtue of statutory authority, preference will be given to materials and supplies found or produced within the State of South Dakota. • The County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any bids which it deems to be in the best interest of the county. • The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract with Brookings County for furnishing and installing, in Brookings County owned vehicles, equipment, or buildings, approximately fifty-one (51) dash mount P-25 Phase 1 Trunking radios. Each unit shall be programmed to work on the State of South Dakota’s Communications System. The successful bidder shall also furnish to Brookings County four (4) hand-held P-25 Phase 1 Trunking radios; each unit shall be programmed to work on the State of South Dakota’s Communications System.
