26-012 Property Sweeping and Pressure Washing Services at the Riverside DMV Field Office Current Contractor: So Cal Property Services Current Contract Term: 7/1/2023 through 6/30/2026 Current Contract Total Cost: $26,024.40 Current Contract Monthly Cost Breakdown: *Please note that requested services will change for new project.* Parking Lot Sweeping $397.90 Paved Surface Area Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning $195.00 Building Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning $96.00 Gated Recycling and Waste Bin Enclosure Sweeping and Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning $34.00 Please read and review entire solicitation prior to submitting any and all inquiries for new project. Upcoming Term: thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Bidder Qualifications: Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business. The awarded contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment (trailer-mounted equipment shall not be utilized) to perform property sweeping on all paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles (parking lots, driveways, skills test areas, gated vehicle enclosure areas, etc.) during the term of the contract.
