Upcoming Term: thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Bidder Qualifications: Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business. The awarded contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment (trailer-mounted equipment shall not be utilized) to perform property sweeping on all paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles (parking lots, driveways, skills test areas, gated vehicle enclosure areas, etc.) during the term of the contract.
