PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A RESPONSE OR A NO RESPONSE REPLY.</p><p>The Department hereby withdraws Solicitation No. 2026013 (the “Solicitation) Veterinary Services for Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, issued on December 22, 2025, and hereby provides Notice of its decision to negotiate pursuant to section 287.057(6), Florida Statutes.</p><p>Please see the attached document for additional information. </p><p>Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post a bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. </p>
