Bids will be received at the Converse County Road & Bridge office, 44 Twin Bridges Rd., Douglas, WY, until 2:00 p.m. (local time), July 24, 2025, at which time and place said bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. The project shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following major construction items: Furnishing and installation of approximately 7,400 tons of hot plant mix asphalt pavement, plus paving of approximately 22 approaches, on Converse County Road 56 (Coulter Trail), using PG 64-28 asphalt binder and lime, ½” nominal maximum aggregate size. The pavement is to be installed 4 inches thick, with a top width of 24 feet and 4:1 edge tapers.
