Individual units will be single story, have a minimum square footage of 64 sq ft. and a maximum of 100 sq. ft., shall be equipped with shelving; fire safety equipment, including an emergency escape hatch that functions like a simple door lever or panic bar that is not lockable from the exterior, and shall be adaptable for ADA compliance.
