Print Bid Number: 2019-13 Bid Title: Miscellaneous Airfield Upgrades - Morgantown Municipal Airport Category: Construction Status: Closed Description: SEALED PROPOSALS for the “ Miscellaneous Airfield Upgrades ” for the Morgantown Municipal Airport, will be received by the City of Morgantown Finance Dept., Bid Number 2019-13, located at City Hall, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, until 2:00 P.M. Prevailing Time on Thursday, July 25, 2019. The proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall (late proposals will not be accepted). The project scope includes rehabilitation of asphalt pavement and replacement of navigational aids and drainage structures. Bid documents may be obtained from Michael Baker International, Inc., Airside Business Park, 100 Airside Drive, Moon Township, PA 15108. Documents will be distributed as PDF files via email or web download link . Bidders may email their written request to Lisa Dillow at or call 412-375-3109. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at the Morgantown Municipal Airport, Airport Management Building in the ARFF Training Room at 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 2, 2019. Proposal must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier’s check, bank good faith check, or other irrevocable letter of credit or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of proposal and made payable to the order of the City of Morgantown. Only the Bid Securities listed will be accepted. The City of Morgantown reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals.
