Print Bid Title: Request for Quotes: Sale of 65' x 64' Salt/Sand Tent Structure Category: City of West Fargo RFP Status: Closed Description: REQUEST FOR QUOTES: Sale of 65' x 64' Salt/Sand Tent Structure The City of West Fargo, North Dakota (the “City of West Fargo”) is requesting quotes for the sale of a 65’X64’ Salt/Sand Tent Structure (the “Structure”). Sale of the Structure includes the dismantling and removal of the Structure between the dates of June 1, 2023, and June 16, 2023, from City of West Fargo property located at Parcel number 02-6506-00030-000, West Fargo, North Dakota. The Structure must be removed by June 16, 2023. All quotes must be submitted to the City of West Fargo Public Works Department (the “Public Works Department”), located at 810 12 th Ave NW, West Fargo, ND 58078, by one o’clock pm (1:00 pm) CT, on Tuesday, May 11, 2023. Quotes will be publicly opened and reviewed at one-thirty pm (1:30 pm) CT, on Tuesday, May 11, 2023, at the Public Works Department. Quotes may be mailed to the Public Works Department (810 12 th Ave NW, West Fargo, ND 58078) or otherwise deposited with the Public Works Director (810 12 th Ave NW West Fargo, ND 58078) and shall be sealed and endorsed “Quote for Salt/Sand Structure”. Quotes must be submitted on blanks furnished by the Public Works Department and in accordance with specifications and conditions contained therein. Copies of Request for Quote blanks and specifications may be obtained from the Public Works Department or downloaded from the website. All bidders are invited to be present at the opening of the quotes. The right is reserved to accept or to reject any or all quotes, to waive technicalities, or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the City of West Fargo.
