Print Bid Title: Design-BID-Build Project - Shades Brewery - Evanston Roundhouse Category: Request For Proposals (RFP's) Status: Closed Description: Request for Proposals A Design-BID-Build Project Roundhouse Section 4 Shades Brewery Project The City of Evanston is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural services for the Evanston Roundhouse Section 4 Improvement Project. The project requires full architectural services, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiation, and construction administration. The City of Evanston is the owner of the Roundhouse and has entered into a development and lease agreement with Shades of Pale Incorporated for the purpose of improving 15,000SF of the Roundhouse as a brewery, distribution, tasting room and restaurant. Information for Proposal Submittal is available from the City of Evanston by contacting the Engineering Department via Dean Barker: email at and include on subject line “Roundhouse Shades Brewery” or by phone at 307-783-6453. Submissions are due by 10:30am, March 3 rd , 2023. Firm's qualifications, including a brief history of the firm, size and experience of the team that will be assigned to the project, and experience with similar projects. 2. A list of similar projects completed in the past five years, including project descriptions, clients, and contract values. 3. A statement of the firm's approach to the project and its understanding of the project requirements. 4. A proposed project schedule, including key milestones and deadlines. 5. A proposed fee structure, including any expenses or additional fees. 6. Resumes of key personnel who will be involved in the project. 7. Three references from clients for whom similar work has been performed. Miscellaneous: The project involves Seismic bracing, utility work, fire sprinkling, site work including parking lot, concrete flooring, restrooms, HVAC system, dock high doors, walk-in cooler, and provisions for Shades equipment. The services must be performed in accordance with The City of Evanston's standards and specifications.
