Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish contract(s) through competitive negotiations for Audio Visual Production & Support Services. The Prince William County Public School (PWCS) Division seeks to obtain the services of qualified firm(s) capable of assisting the School Division personnel with technical assistance and services for Audio Visual Production & Support Services on an As Needed Basis. The services include, but are not limited to, audio-visual production services. This can include staffing, equipment setup & operation, sound and video management, live streaming and recording, and technical troubleshooting, stage, lighting, production equipment rentals, and audio design, as well as design and fabrication of stage scenery, props and structures.
