Print Bid Title: Request for Proposals Compensation Study Category: Human Resources Status: Closed Description: Natrona County ("County") is seeking qualification statements and service proposals from organizations ("Consultant") specializing in conducting comprehensive job classification and compensation studies for local government. The proposals should be designed to provide the County with a clear understanding of the costs of services, and any additional costs related to the services being requested, which shall include a "not to exceed price" to complete the services requested. The specific nature of the scope of work ins outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Consultants responding will be evaluated and a short list developed, which may include formal interviews. Each Consultant shall submit ten (10) copies of their proposal to the Human Resources Department, 200 North Center Street, Suite 300, Casper, WY, 82601, or hand delivered to the same address, on or before 5:00 pm local Mountain Time, May 20, 2025 . Proposals shall be externally labeled " Professional Services to Conduct a Comprehensive Compensation and Classification Study ." The proposal may be submitted as a file attachment through an email message and sent to with the following inserted in the "subject" line of the email: " Professional Services to Conduct a Comprehensive Compensation and Classification Study ." All proposals must be received by the specified deadline. The proposal will remain valid for at least ninety (90) days.
