Written proposals addressed to the City Purchasing Department, City Hall, 59 Court Street, Westfield, Massachusetts and endorsed “Westfield Skate Park – Bid 25-030” will be received by the Purchasing Department in the Purchasing Office, Room 101 of City Hall, until 3:00 PM, Wednesday, April 14, 2026 and at that time publicly opened and read aloud.
