Description
***Removal and replacement of carpet and VCT flooring at the Santa Barbara DMV Field Office. Term: Fifteen (15) calendar days within a term of fourteen (14) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. ***The bidder shall possess a valid C-15 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). In addition, the bidder shall either possess a valid C22 contractor license issued by the CSLB or a valid ASB Certification issued by the CSLB that is registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), to perform asbestos abatement work, or subcontract out asbestos abatement work to a subcontractor that possesses either a valid C22 contractors license issued by the CSLB or both a valid C-15 contractor license issued by the CSLB and a valid ASB Certification issued by the CSLB that is registered with the DIR, DOSH. All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform work under the contract shall possess all applicable contractor licenses and certifications for the work they perform under the contract. *Estimated Total Contract Cost: $102,000.00 ***DVBE Requirement: If your total bid is $10,000.00 or more.
