Description

The Office of Administration, Bureau of Employee Benefits (BEB), is seeking services from a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to provide an employee-paid pre-tax qualified fringe benefits plan for a medical flexible spending account and a dependent care spending account for commonwealth employees. TPA will be responsible for the administration of the Flexible Spending Account program (FSA) and Dependent Care Account Program (DCAP). The FSA and DCAP will be an optional program that allows Commonwealth eligible employees to participate in one or both spending accounts. Services should include program implementation and management, technological support; marketing, employee enrollment; customer service; account management; eligibility and payroll interface; reporting; compliance; information security and transition or transfer of the FSA and DCAP, enrollment, administration, and management of both programs.
