Description
Contractor shall provide services as specified to the Veterans Home of California - Yountville (Home), located at 100 California Drive, Yountville, California 94599. Contractor shall furnish all labor, licenses, permits, supplies, materials, insurance, packaging, tools, vehicles, placards, labels/markings, and equipment (including personal protective equipment and safety equipment) required to provide services for collection, transportation, and disposal of sealed lead-acid batteries, and other items of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated. All work by the Contractor will be under the direction of the CalVet Contract Manager or his/her designee, in accordance with all federal, state, local laws, and regulations.
