Description

The purpose ofthis project is to provide pre-construction and construction services for a multi ‑ componentpublic infrastructure and park improvement project. The project includes therehabilitation of James Parkway, Puryear Drive, Francis Drive, and enhancementsto Mabel Clare Thomas Park, located at 1300 James Parkway, College Station, TX77840. The selected firm will begin in a support role forpreconstruction services alongside the design team. The selected CMAR willassume the risk of delivering the project through a Guaranteed Maximum Price(GMP) contract. The CMAR firm will also be responsible for the constructionmeans and methods.
