Print Bid Title: Pomeroy Park Playground Replacement Category: Current Requests for Quotes, Proposals and Bids Status: Closed Description: Burlington Parks, Recreation and Waterfront (BPRW) seeks a qualified contractor or team of contractors to design and install a new inclusive universally accessible playground and various landscape improvements to increase access to the playground, including concrete pads, walkways, and site furnishings at Pomeroy Park, 343 North Street, Burlington, Vermont 05401. A small neighborhood park, Pomeroy Park abuts several residential lots in Burlington’s Old North End (ONE). BPRW staff have spent the past few months soliciting input from the community and drawing up plans for renovating the playground. Many of the playground amenities were initially installed in the 1990s and are due for replacement. The Tot Lot was completely removed in 2021 due to deteriorated components that could no longer be replaced. Addendum 1 was issued on June 20, 2025.
