The South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) is seeking quotes from qualified offerors to procure three (3) Safe Environment Engineering Smart LINC devices. These devices must include Cloud Server Service, SPM Flex Ethernet adapter, and TAK integration. These devices will be utilized to connect existing SPM FLEX Honeywell Chemical instruments in the field to the EPA’s Viper Deployment Manager for the purpose of transmitting collected data back to the EPA.
