ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS RFB #2019-04 Los Ranchos / Journal Center Station Parking and Pedestrian Improvements Commodity Codes #'s 91327, 91336, 91394, 91395 See attachment below. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Rio Metro Regional Transit District (RMRTD), 809 Copper Ave NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102 for the project described herein no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 18, 2019 , at which time the public opening and reading of bids received will begin in the RMRTD board room at the same location. Delivery of bids is the sole responsibility of the Bidder. For bidding forms and contract documents, including plans, specifications, and other documents to be used in connection with the submission of bids, prospective Bidders are invited to register under the Bids section at www.bhinc.com to obtain access to the BHI Tracker and bidding documents. If you are unable to access the site, please contact Roy Gibson ( ). 1. DOWNLOAD THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS FROM THE BHI TRACKER: The bidding documents are available during the bidding phase from the TRACKER PORTAL tab under the BIDS section. 2. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL QUESTIONS THROUGH THE BHI TRACKER: To submit a question, go to the BIDDING tab and click on SUBMIT QUESTION. This will direct you to a form to enter the question, when complete click SUBMIT and the question will be sent to BHI for review. Responses to questions will be included in the Addenda section (under the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS tab) and bidders will be notified via email when this information is available. Questions may be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. 3. The bidders list is provided in the BIDDERS LIST tab. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than BHI Tracker. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. local time at the office of the RMRTD, 809 Copper Ave NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102 . Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference for this Project is mandatory to qualify to submit a Bid Proposal.
