The role of the EAP is to deliver a variety of health and productivity services to improve organizational performance, as well as assist individual employees and their dependents. The County intends to award a single contract for the EAP, however, the right to issue multiple awards is retained if, in the sole opinion of the County, multiple awards are in the best interest of the County.
