Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Doha will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

This solicitation is to provide Gardening Services for U.S. Embassy Doha.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.  It may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

The Government is planning a mandatory site visit and pre-quotation conference and the date for this site visit and conference will be in the solicitation. 

All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
