Silverthorne Asphalt Projects Description and Requirements The Town of Silverthorne is seeking bids on the following road repair and maintenance projects: 1 – Asphalt Paving Projects: Rec Path from Ruby Ranch Rd to South Golden Eagle, Rec Path South from Golden Eagle to North Golden Eagle, Golden Eagle Rd turn at Bull Lake Ct, Golden Eagle Rd from Hunters Knob to Raven Golf Course entrance, Rainbow Dr, S Adams Ave, Wildernest Rd Map Link: https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=19zl2mFM4lChF3kxmUzCdnd7wGDepq4Y&usp=sharing Measurements and quantities listed are estimates. Bidders are responsible for field verifying all measurements and quantities. A traffic control plan (TCP) compliant with the MUTCD and approved by the Town will be required prior to commencement of work. All work areas will be required to maintain one lane of traffic at all times, with flag persons at either end of the work zone and other locations, as needed. A certified traffic control supervisor (TCS) in responsible charge shall be onsite during all work times. During non-work hours, roads shall be opened up to normal, two-way traffic. Access to existing driveways shall be accommodated at all times during and after work activities. Completion Date / Other Details All work must be completed by Sep 30th, 2026. Asphalt paving payment will be made in square feet (units) upon completion of the work and after inspection and acceptance by Silverthorne. All work shall be subject to a one (1) year warranty. Bidder must also meet the Town’s insurance requirements prior to contract award. The Town’s contract forms will be used for these projects. Bid amounts shall include total costs – including but not limited to mobilization, labor, materials, disposals, traffic control and all others. Bids will be opened on Mon day, March 23rd, 2026 at 11:00am at the Silverthorne Public Works shop located at 264 Brian Ave, Silverthorne. Please drop off bids with the administrative assistant at the front office, by email ccurrey@silverthorne.org , or by mailing address PO Box 1309 Silverthorne, CO 80498. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that bids are at this location. Project contracts will require Town Council approval. Contractor will be notified once bid is accepted and awarded. The Town of Silverthorne has the right to reject any and all bids.
