Description

DEEP is using this RFP to fund energy resilience projects using federal Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) §40101(d) formula funding for the first 3 years, state funding through C.G.S. §16-243y DEEP Climate and Resilience Fund to meet federal cost match requirements, and SEP-BIL State Energy Program funding to leverage both funding sources.
