Application Process: The application shall include a letter of interest and a preliminary conceptual business plan for an extended seasonal kayak and/or stand-up paddleboard rental concession as requested in this Request for EOI. Project Scope Requirements: The Proponent shall meet and submit compliance with the following agencies: US Corps of Engineers and Morgantown Fire Rescue American Canoe Association Certified Training The City of Morgantown The Proponent shall provide the following services: Stand-up paddleboard and/or kayak equipment rental service All labor, material and equipment necessary to provide services.
