Description

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for Curtain cleaning services in support of the U.S Embassy Paris, France

A pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday January 27, 2026 at 10:00 am CET. Interested bidders shall request more information by emailing Pariscontracting@state.gov before Monday January 26, 2026 at 2:00 pm CET.

The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.  The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. 

The resultant contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for one base year and two one-year options under which task orders shall be placed to order the services.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov  prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
