Description
EMA - Disposal or Proper Transfer of Radioactive Sources Disposal or appropriate transfer to a licensed entity of (14) Berthold P 2608-100 sources containing up to 2.1 millicuries of Co-60 each. Ten of the sources are contained within Berthold LB300IRL Type II shielded devices. Disposal or transfer must be in accordance with applicable U.S. NRC or Agreement State regulations regarding the transfer or disposal of licensed radioactive materials. Item # 1: ( 926 - 76 ) Disposal or Transfer of Co-60 Sources, P2608-100, 2.1 mCi each. Disposal or Transfer of Co-60 Sources, P2608-100, 2.1 mCi each. Item # 2: ( 926 - 76 ) Disposal or Transfer of Devices, LB300IRL Type II. Disposal or Transfer of Devices, LB300IRL Type II. Item # 3: Materials will be picked up from 1301 Knotts Street, Springfield, IL 62703 and shall either be disposed of or transferred to a licensed entity. Disposal or transfer must be in accordance with applicable U.S. NRC or Agreement State regulations regarding the transfer or disposal of licensed radioactive materials. Vendor must be licensed by the Agency, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Agency or an Agreement State to package, ship, broker and/or take possession of the sources. Vendors must bid on all line items to be deemed responsive. Subcontractors will not be allowed. Materials will be picked up from 1301 Knotts Street, Springfield, IL 62703 and shall either be disposed of or transferred to a licensed entity.
