Ten of the sources are contained within Berthold LB300IRL Type II shielded devices. Disposal or transfer must be in accordance with applicable U.S. NRC or Agreement State regulations regarding the transfer or disposal of licensed radioactive materials. Item # 1: ( 926 - 76 ) Disposal or Transfer of Co-60 Sources, P2608-100, 2.1 mCi each. Disposal or Transfer of Co-60 Sources, P2608-100, 2.1 mCi each. Item # 3: Materials will be picked up from 1301 Knotts Street, Springfield, IL 62703 and shall either be disposed of or transferred to a licensed entity.
