SOURCE SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT

The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing a SOURCE SOUGHT announcement to seek potential Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE); Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Small Business (SB) sources who would be interested in installing AC units with concrete pad and possible tree removal at Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) Havasupai Quarters in Supai, AZ.

Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to solicit licensed Contractor(s) to provide all labor, supervision, tools, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to remove and replace the l5-ton air conditioning (AC) system: outdoor condensing unit and indoor blower (air handling) unit, AHU to complete the removal and replace. Required and recommended replacement of (2) HVAC Units and concrete slabs and the removal of trees in the area. The successful Contractor will provide all required deliverables, detailed cost estimates, and work plans and work schedules to address abatement and disposal of hazardous building materials; all work specified.

This notice is to identify ISBEE, IEE and SB that fall into the following set aside categories, responses will help the government determine the appropriate set aside for this project. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 238220 size standard $19.

No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with this Source Sought announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. It is requested that only those that meet the definition of these categories submit a response to this notice (see attachment Source Sought form) to fill out and return by closing date of March 26, 2026.
