Description
The requirement is to remove existing Berchtold boom and two light suspensions that are past the lifecycle in Building 500 Room 4416. The Design/Build Contractor will engage an Architect/Engineer(A/E) to provide the design intent drawings, a complete set of construction documents with specification reflecting what is required in order to renovate, remove the existing boom and lights and replace with a Stryker boom (purchased on a separate contract). A new electrical panel will be required in the basement to then route up to the 4th floor, as the one presently installed is unable to carry the additional load required. Contractor and A/E are to provide all labor, material and technical expertise to do the work.
